Final Letter

Dear Marlen:
This class was my favorite class by far. I learned so much from you. My favorite thing about class would have to be learning about the archetypes. Now I find myself watching movies and saying to myself “hey this person is totally the lover” something I never did before. However, the main thing I will most take away from this class is the deeper understanding I have of myself.
When I first came to your class I was positive I wanted to be a school teacher. However, now at the end of the year I realize that it wouldn’t make me happy at all. Teaching is not my passion. Maybe I thought it was before because part of my passion is working with kids, but not as a school teacher. After learning this I now have the need to want to find my passion and what makes me happy in life. I learned I must find my true passion in order to be happy. I owe this realization all to you.
The last thing I want to say to you is that you’re the type of person who can relate to everyone in the room. You have the ability to reach into everyone’s emotions. That talent is amazing. Don’t ever do something that wouldn’t be 100% true to yourself. You have inspired so many students in your class including me. I wouldn’t trade what I learned in your class for anything. Everything we learned I used to help me better understand myself. This kept me beyond interested in the class. Thank you for everything you thought me. I will never forget this class or you.
Sincerely,
Cassidy Crust
